BBC GE 2015 Debate: Austerity Must Go!

Second Leaders debate with BBC: five leaders, one chicken

and an absent whining baby

ff bbc debate copy

During the Election debates on the BBC in the second of special debate programmes leading into the General Election 2015 for the UK, five of the seven main party leaders participated.

They were Ed Miliband (Labour), Nicola Sturgeon (SNP), Leanne Wood (Plaid Cymru), Natalie Bennett (Green) and Nigel Farage (UKIP).

Live-Election-Debate

Sitting leader of the country David Cameron (Conservative) previously issued an ultimatum to broadcasters and snubbed their offer, dictating to them he must not participate. They also added that the leader Nick Clegg (Liberal Democrats) not appear. Deputy Prime Minister Clegg did not turn up, despite having his own mind, supposedly. He claims the Conservatives, also known as Tory’s, secretly blocked him from appearing afraid he would reveal all the dodgy secrets of the Tory party over the last 5 years involving immense systemic abuse. Cameron also demanded he not be upstaged with ’empty chairs or podiums’ on the set. They were not used by the BBC and only 5 podiums were on display with the appearing leaders.

The debate focused on many issues and covered a lot of ground in an hour and a half with all leaders looking impressive in their own right, even if disagreeable. Cameron and Clegg looked like fools, sitting at home using responses to try and win in pre-fabricated statements made in advance alongside the biased press backdoor deals. They also sent statements online, which proved they were still involving themselves in the debate, which is shambolic to avoid.

Took bold choice to debate among absent dictators.

Took bold choice to debate among absent dictators.

Nicola Sturgeon and Ed Miliband agreed on multiple issues, but were divided over a coalition pact for now. This may change as the country expects a likely coalition government due to the changing nature of politics since Cameron sold out with Clegg in 2010 after failing to get elected. Labour leader Ed Miliband wanted to take his chances at gaining a majority in the election. Should this fail, SNP’s Sturgeon is offering a deal for the benefit of the country to rid the country of the evil totalitarian Tory governmental corruptions and abuses with austerity.

Also in the debate, a shockingly surprise move came from Nigel Farage, who seemed open to Labour at one point, launched an unprovoked attack which has cost the UKIP leader dearly. Without Cameron or Clegg, Farage attempted to be Alpha Male of politics and sideline Miliband. Farage failed to understand the only way to be electable from a political perspective is to join with them to get their ‘foot in the door’ and build politicians by 2020. Rebuffing this idea, Farage could eventually peter-out and lose his stead by 2020. It made UKIP lose its position of common sense to utter delusion and nonsense political play.

Green Party leader Natalie Bennett also opposed austerity as did Leanne Wood. Both put in good statements but failed to follow through effectively on plans fuller to make enough impact by trying to simply ruffle feathers which contradicted their own policies somewhat in part.

Green Leader Natalie Bennett put in another credible performance, but needs the extra mile push.

Green Leader Natalie Bennett put in another credible performance, but needs the extra mile push.

Though Sturgeon clashed with Farage over immigration as UKIP’s one key central policy, to abandon the EU to solve immigration, was Farage’s only bargaining chip for votes, sinking like a lead balloon. Farage failed to be comprehensive and at one point verbally attacked the audience of specially chosen voters by an independent panel/company unaffiliated with politics or the broadcasters. Chair of the debate David Dimblebee also pointed this out. He called the BBC left wing standards, after which the audience, under fire, did not appreciate.

For years the BBC had been led by ex-Conservative politicians who abused their position of political neutrality by offering biased news reports daily to favour Conservatives. It also hid multiple scandals over the years, including the infamous Paedophile scandal involving Sir Jimmy Savile, closely affiliated with Conservative governments and given access to abuse and rape children in hospitals and on sets at the BBC. The BBC workers admitted it was told to “turn a blind eye” when seeing Savile accost his victims on set and in his dressing room.

The BBC is funded by the taxpayer, the public, to produce content in their name, which is under scrutiny for failing to be of political neutrality.

David Cameron, ever the opportunist for a public statement, carefully edited and presented, said of the debates it was “part of the deal that was done to unblock the log-jam about TV debates” and was “delighted that I played a role unblocking that log-jam”. He said all participants in it were arguing to “abandon the plan that has turned this country around and has got us more jobs, more livelihoods and more business”. Mr.Cameron only joined in ONE debate with, as all seven leaders, hoping they would take the heat off of his tough questioning on ruining the country in the last five years. He has been urged to join in all debates to which Cameron has snubbed so he doesn’t look bad as he feels he cannot publicly defend his non-achieving five year term in office. He continues to control state media and news broadcasters in his favour.

Cameron has failed to meet one pledge of his many made in 2010-2015 and everyone has been a personal one to him, offering no democratic value to the people who may have voted for him in 2010.

Ed Miliband once again offered Cameron the chance to join in and debate him one on one, which the supposed leader of the country said was over and done with.

Farage looked like he was picking fights, but did try to be the one who ‘spoke about the stuff people won’t speak of.’ (Which is actually what FalseFabs is doing.) Farage also chose to follow up on his first debates’ controversial comments about health tourism involving HIV treatment. He said immigrants came to get diagnosed and receive up to £25,000 worth of drugs to help. The public did not buy his demonstrations, as they put it.

Controversial. Farage in trouble loose HIV explanation again.

Controversial. Farage in trouble loose HIV explanation again.

One important stat to also explain is that in London alone, an average of roughly 20,000 men were quietly diagnosed with HIV, both gay and straight in 2010-2015 under the coalition government (Conservative and Liberal Democrats). This demonstrates how many people society and David Cameron have truly failed in ‘brushing it under the carpet’ to look good. They do not plan to do anything further.

Bennett made strong cases but didn’t back up enough impact this time around. She offered jobs, climate change and public services to be saved. She challenged the public to “change the establishment.”

Sturgeon outlined the end of Austerity and to get the country moving again with a communal aspect of society, which was welcomed by many.

Miliband also came out on top with Sturgeon over protecting the country from threats, helping working families and look after the young members of society growing up in middle age from 30 onwards. Miliband has also been a key champion in protecting the vital NHS health service, which the Tories plan to privatise.

Strong, bold and feisty. Sturgeon on fine form outlining austerity end for honest British people.

Strong, bold and feisty. Sturgeon on fine form outlining austerity end for honest British people.

Wood may have been an extra on stage, but pressed hard on issues to show no pushover, well. The problem was she chose the wrong targets and couldn’t feasibly back up those claims.

After the debate the Tory party were given full stage support and not pressing on any statements over the TV debate even though their leader failed to join.

Any one party or leader who does not appear on a political TV debate scheduled for the General Election which requires the public votes from the electorate is shambolic and no politician has the right to tamper with bribing officials. The fact Cameron has done so means he should be struck off from being elected AND the party represented (Conservative) should be relegated from this year’s election as candidates.

May need to be called in to deal with totalitarian rule tampering with democratic process.

May need to be called in to deal with totalitarian rule tampering with democratic process.

It is unacceptable totalitarian Nazism rule which NO leader has the right to alter in a democratic process as the electorate need to hear the voices that are eligible for voting. No one has issued the policy and The Queen, who can develop a Royal Charter can, but has failed to do so, for her country. She is said to be a heavy Tory supporter and affects her political neutrality. She is also David Cameron’s cousin and meets him weekly for discussions, which affects her and Cameron’s position in office. She should make it law now. If she fails, then it should be imposed by Lord Neuberger and the Supreme Court imminently.

Child has had enough of Cameron as he tries another PR attempt before last fortnights debates.

Child has had enough of Cameron as he tries another PR attempt before last fortnights debates.

No-one politician should be allowed to abuse the system for political gain and like all ruling elites must be held to account. Should Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II need to do one last important act for her country, this would be it. Now is her time. Many regard her as a useless Monarch who only sits on a gold chair and does nothing but pocket salary from Tory handouts, which gave her extra income over the last five years also.

Should do something for her country.

Should do something for her country.

We are not Hitler’s children and the Cameron Youth Movement must not be allowed to interfere with the political spectrum under any circumstance in a democratic process. If politicians fail to act, then other institutions must intervene as soon as possible. Everyone else in the country is held to account except politicians and there is no excuse for tinkering with political injustice.

Cameron also famously hired ex-editor and biased spin doctor Andy Coulson, the first convicted criminal in the halls of Westminster Parliament as Head of Communications. He served a six month jail sentence, which included hacking a dead child’s phone for a news story, leading parents to believe the child was alive to access the messages.

UK TV debates for May 2015. All you need to know about the 7 key parties

The televised debates, all you need to know about the

strategic hold up by David Cameron

ff cover chicken dave copy

The televised election debates a month before the General Election in the United Kingdom have been heating up and getting very ugly behind the scenes.

Failed leader David Cameron of the UK Conservatives (Tory) Party, who never received a majority to be elected, needed to gain another party to push him into the seat of country leader. Cameron chose the Liberal Democrats in 2010.cam burnley

After some impressive debates in 2010 which engaged the electorate of voters David Cameron has over the last month dictated he will not do the next ones for 2015. The Tory, who has created a totalitarian state, including the ‘new age Auschwitz’ with abusive and immoral welfare reforms picking on the poor and most vulnerable in society has held televised broadcasted to ransom.

British Prime Minister David Cameron Visits Kazakhstan

Cameron has secretly struck deals with broadcasters to not leave an empty chair on the stage in debates Cameron refuses to take part in, which is for the voting public to gain an informed and democratic opinion on who to vote for.

Cameron has agreed to a debate allowing SEVEN parties, where only three-four main ones should be a part of. This is seen as an outlandish bully tactic to try and tear down Labour with a distraction of other parties to avoid his terrible track record.

uk-politicians-1

7 Party Leaders.

Since 2010 dictator Cameron has modified laws with the courts on own personal policies, victimised and indirectly killed benefit claimants, pocketed from the poor to make him and the rich wealthier and never achieved one policy set out in 2010. He has continually lied and increased spending borrowing and blowing our money he said he ‘do not have’ at the drop of a hat on international spending in the billions and trillions. In 2015 he spent Billions on cash on improving roads. Ground-breaking. Then there is the paedophile scandal in which Tory politicians are said to have allegedly covered up an expose of senior abusers within the political hub of Westminster. There has always been a scandal with the Tories almost everyday or week. Illegal fracking was also secretly covered up, rushed through the courts and told to press not to cover the stories. It has also been carried out in secret under people’s homes without their consent. Cameron also hired a former spin doctor who was found guilty of hacking dead girls phones, abused by paedophiles and the like, to gain stories at newspapers making families believe their children were still alive. Cameron as since tried to use these families to act sincere at covering up the scandal. He also planned to privatise the NHS, so that if you do not have healthcare or insurance, you will die. He has also tried to ban pornography, adding it “corrodes childhood” as an excuse to block the internet and spy on citizens. He has also secretly banned multiple website and also others accused of illegal streaming which was not illegal to try and say it was a level of piracy to throw a jail term at them because friends at music labels moaned to him for their failure to migrate to a digitised business online. He has done all this in secret without any press attention or public records. He has tried multiple attempts to gag the press and free speech wherever possible against him and his party, questioning how we can lead a democratic country allowing such freedoms of speech.

Cameron agreed only to take part in one debate with the seven leaders.  Now he has worked a deal to be interviewed separately by a selected interviewer who is closely tied to the Tory party values to issue propaganda with an easy ride, after he has pre-ordained statements from his spin doctors.

In the debates he is meant to be debating with other parties so the electorate (voting public) can decide who to vote for on their own terms. Cameron is not giving that option. Many have come to the realisation that Cameron cannot defend his astonishingly fascist principals track record of running the country into “Broken Britain” since 2010. The public who have since dubbed the lost called leader “ChickenDave” have lost respect for the biased totalitarian adopting Adolf Hitler’s ideology in politics.

chicken dave

Cameron has since blocked Nick Clegg, leader of the Liberal Democrats from going on to the TV debates worried that Deputy Prime Minister Mr Clegg will reveal the height of inside abuse from the Tory government after the Lib Dems joined their coalition which infuriated the public who did not want a Tory government. Clegg and his party had betrayed their voters against their keep policies including Student Fee hikes, forcing people into debt.

If the Lib Dems, Greens, the SNP (Scottish National Party) and even UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) realise that the Tories are their enemy which none of the public today really stand for in society they may increase their gains in seats, constituencies and respect. With Labour as the only party who plan to help the country and its residents with a fair society that Cameron lied about continually and failed to achieve any policy on, Labour are trying to right that wrong. Voting for them is a real chance at change for the better with trying to live your daily lives as best as possible with some service funding lowered in certain situations, rather than outright abuses.

For those parties, the only way they can start to gain and get elected is to keep an open mind in pairing up with Labour, as with so many parties and dimensional shift of voters wayward instead of one way, coalitions are becoming more likely.

The General Election takes play on May 7th 2015. The debates range from 26th March to the end of April.

Lord Ashdown, former leader of the Liberal Democratcs some twenty years ago added that David Cameron’s cowardice should not be allowed to take centre stage and bribe or bully broadcasters into changing their plans under a democratic rule.

TV debates have now become so necessary for the British public to see and speak or hear direct from their politicians that this is a non-negotiable necessity of the top three-four parties in politics. Most never ever see politicians, especially Tory one’s at all and have the right if politicians require their votes for power to represent them to participate and state their case for election of their lives and country. Anyone who does not go to the debates, all three, should be struck off and have their party they represent vetoed from the next General Election.

queen liz ii

Once called for “harmony” among the UK.

Politicians are not above the law, just as everyone else and must be held to account like the rest of British citizens. Especially if they are representing the good of the country. It should be enshrined into law and if Cameron fails to show up to all three as intended, including the one on one with Ed Miliband he should be thrown out of Parliament and the Tory’s must be banned from being voted for in the next upcoming General Election.

David Cameron cannot be allowed to turn a democratic Britain into a totalitarian Nazi Britain with his levels of insane propaganda and secret deals of neglect which destroys the fabric of a Great United Kingdom it once was. No ‘leader’ has that right regardless and considering the times we have moved on with in civilisation we do not need to be going backward x amount of years because the Tories fear losing power they never really had to begin with and abused the system based on their own neglect. This is not 1933 or 1945 and we are not Hitler’s children. That is outrageously unforgivable and most be dealt with. Though Cameron faces intense scrutiny after he is the cousin of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of Windsor and she has failed to deal with any issues that affect her country as Head of State. While she handed power over to politicians, in rare cases as this she must intervene with a Charter that strikes off the Tories over the debates and Nazism rule of the past five years. If she or the Royal Family fail this, then what hope is left for this national country, once great, eroded into a desolate abyss which finally makes the Royal Family redundant for good. That truly will embody “Broken Britain” for generations to come, with even more social problems, anarchy and threats nation and worldwide. If ever there was a time to do one last thing to step up for your country, this would be it. Many regard The Queen as sitting on her gold chair, doing absolutely nothing for her country in times of strife. She meets Cameron weekly to discuss the state of the country.

Debate. Are Apprenticeships worth it?

Debate. Are Apprenticeships worth it?

apprenticeships-620

So you’ve probably heard by now all the psycho babble by clueless politicians who want to encourage you back to work to jump at the chance to do voluntary or apprenticeship work.

Is it worthwhile or are you simply being exploited. While Politicians are completely deluded from the reality normal folk, known as commoners or peasants, have to live in, the landscape is entirely different.

The case for being worthwhile lists benefits such as learning and contributing. But what if you already are entirely skilled and can do the job but are downplayed in order to get some ‘numbers’ on your CV? With no end in sight and not one willing to offer graduates or non grads hoping to break into the market a position whatsoever the future is nowhere in sight. Gaining this experience, you might say, is a delusion. Employers are using you for free labour to pawn you off after two weeks and not pay you a dime. They are laughing. And what experience do you boast of? Something you knew how to do yet they would not let you play with the proper toys? Did you spend two weeks to become a tea lady?

Every time you work you are encouraging a free system of instability and broken implementation to flourish. Many will not even give you a reference, so when you put it on your CV/Resume it is as good as your word against their’s. Many who have been in interviews will know that when there is no support from an employing house, your claims fall on thin air. In such a short space of time to impress, you have now become warranted in the interviewer’s mind as a lackey and thus, will not be given any position.

slaves

For those that do give the benefit of the doubt, you will likely receive a minimal offer or start on the low pecking order which does nothing for your skills, proves you are undervalued and you will always be passed by for promotion as the dogsbody.

With such small quantities of apprenticeships/internships available and not in the correct sectors either, the world of free work is implausible. In an economic recession with growing rental costs, education fees or energy bills constricting the wage packet, to which many apprenticeships do not offer, is simply a fantasy. It all sounds great, yet the reality is the system is flawed. Filled with underlays of corruption, abuse, no payment and no skill development, the notion of apprenticeships is a sham. I want them to be worthwhile. I would like to say that it’s a great thing, but when so many cannot do it the right way or not bother to care about some poor sap trying to be somebody we know can waste two weeks of free labour is diabolical. But hey, those people at the top will never have to go through any level of hardship or struggle, will they? Especially when they are simply born into their jobs with a snobbish misunderstanding of how the sectors of such working houses shut many out instead.

Then there is the troubling placement of all. Location. If your not in the hub of London, for example, which doesn’t have many for that matter, you haven’t much chance of getting one. Then imagine those who are going for the placement. You think you can get in over say 1 in a 100? With an overcrowded job market and an inaccuracy to understand healthy competition to grow an economy, many simply want to take your ideas, writing, or anything else you can contribute and steal them for their own bylines. Your hard work is often taken from under your nose, sent you home with a good job pat on the back and without your knowledge take your stuff and publish, use or claim the glory or targets for themselves.

So are you better off now? Has your bank balance increased? Has your CV now been upgraded with some experience? Have you developed your role further? Have you gained any useful contacts? Any references to boast of? Can you honestly say, all in all, the most important thing of all, that you enjoyed your work experience/apprenticeship? Have you simply become the office laughing stock? Good luck for the future. Once they have finished with you for two weeks, they get the next one in from the ever convoluted conveyor belt of capitalism. Free work without pay is called Workfare. Or slave labour if you prefer.

With the government’s own unpleased admission the situation is “endemic” there has been no efforts to continue them. Don’t worry. I am certain we shall see the Tory Party start boasting of this in their pledges for the General Election next year int he UK only because I mentioned it. If I didn’t they would not have considered it, which should highlight you should not be duped or exploited by false promises.

Apprenticeships Opening Doors

Then after you leave the internship, what do you do next? You are back to square one. Clueless of your next step. If you can do your own PR for nightclubs, build a portfolio, or find unique ways that benefit you then do so. Though not everyone has this foresight or direction. This is why apprenticeships are in existence. It is up to those who have the capabilities to extend the earning and learning hand. As with a regular position, employers will have to work with them. Apprenticeships are exactly the same.

When a realistic offer is on the table, you should take it and employers should allow themselves to open up and allow a negotiation with the trainee. This benefits business and companies and with the lack of many they should think long and hard on an apprenticeship funding, charity or own implementation of a program to encourage the option.

I am also available, should anyone like to offer me some experience, at an affordable rate with skill expansion if such generosity is offered.

Aspire, achieve and be great. The foolish illusion and complete facade of the apprenticeship is revealed.

chained_to_desk_hero

Are you prepared to be the dogsbody who gains no experience, no finance, no job and no career? The glamorous television adverts are a sham. There is no future in free apprenticeships. Those that do pay have quota’s based on young ages, ethnicity and gender specializations. It’s a convoluted mess that serves no purpose. Perhaps all rich people should set up or donate to them or offer their own apprenticeship house by finding companies to liaise with? Currently the service is not fit for purpose and free apprenticeships should be abolished. Real career opportunities should be available. The market has been very closed, selfish, abusive and irrespective for years, including centuries. To move forward, we should be Politicians, especially Conservative are deluded in the fact that free work labelled as apprenticeships are helping people and those who don’t do so are lazy. Charming. Or spiteful, vindictive and out of touch if you prefer.

The UK, among the rest of many worlds does not pay. The world, let alone any economy cannot function this way. Man’s greed will eventually cost him dearly. If you fail to pay people what they are worth, the economy wont grow. It is not rocket science.

David Cameron summer holiday

Leader of the UK, millionaire David Cameron on his holidays, who made his fortunes from slavery.

These should be rolled out worldwide to continue the fact that big companies must pay up and respect the workforce if they really want the best for a future. The corporate and business world needs a fresh kick up the backside. Maybe it should have just hired people to begin with?

Figure it out and make it work, or in ten years time riots and public anarchy will break this entire landscape. All the corporations and politicians will be hit. Whose the really lazy ones now?

Deal with it. Fair equality and real job prospects, not a PR statement that sure sounds good and offers absolutely nothing.  People wont put up with it forever.

Debate: Should Rapist Footballer Ched Evans play again?

Should convicted rapist regain £1.5 million job?

ff ched evans 29 oct copy

CONVICTED RAPIST Ched Evans has pleaded for his old job back. The football ace, 25, has begged to return to his previous role as striker in team Sheffield United. It was revealed Sheffield United planned to reinstate Evans in the squad. Attempting to avoid such scrutiny, the club have backtracked after public outrage.

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was forced into hiding twice, including changing her name and identity. Club fans have began chanting Evans and cheering him as a hero at football games for his actions. Evans continues to plead innocence blaming his victim for being intoxicated as an excuse after his convicted sentence. A miscarriage of justice is being looked into by the Crime and Justice department over his half served sentence.

Rape victims and his victim herself have been demoralised with the continued public attitude of Evans trying to gain fans pleading blind innocence which many feel mock the justice system and allow rapists to be excusable for their actions.

Clayton McDonald, the original man who had consensual sex with the victim, texted Evans telling him he “had a girl” in a hotel and encouraged Evans to come along. Evans, who willingly knew what he was going into, did not gain the consent of the victim and later claimed her drinking was to blame for a false claim of rape.

Ched-Evans

Evans has since gained a doting girlfriend and has been publicly laughing and enjoying time out with her whilst the victim has been forced into hiding numerous times, to try and integrate into society from her ordeal.

The debate raged as to whether Evans should retain his previous job on a whopping one and a half million pounds, possibly extended to three million in the future. The lack of remorse from Evans and attitude to blame the victim with an easy excuse of intoxication is an utter disgrace. As a PR move, it is an even bigger catastrophe. While a criminal who serves their time should be able to re-integrate into society, a high profile position is extremely questionable.

All smiles. Evans and loyal girlfriend enjoy time out.

All smiles. Evans and loyal girlfriend enjoy time out.

We believe anyone should have a chance to be a part of society again, but Evans should not return to his over priced job, nor in a public setting. A constant reminder to the victim and to others always seen on the pitch and earning high salaries is outrageous. In a role which children and their supporting fathers view football as role models and the vitriol attached to fan support of their on pitch heroes, destroys the boundaries between crime and redemption. Evans can return to different jobs, but as a footballer on a public scale, as a role model and  convicted sex abuser, the red card should be officially shown. Failing to show this from old club Sheffield United, or any other, sends the message that excuses rape and allows it to continue. They would be just as at fault for Evans not conforming to his own red card line to retract from sex with the unwillling victim.

With the football game branded as a mob culture with fans abusing minority groups or rival club supporters Evans’ inclusion again after such wrongdoing is counter-productive. Evans should be banned from the pitch as he has given away those rights. This goes for any other footballer. The message it sends to fans is that it is okay to abuse people with verbal or physical and sexual abuse. The game will always be looked at as anything but beautiful and cast into a murky attitude as a national sport. Fans want the game to be s glorious as they feel it in their hearts. Though no amount of protecting it for the sake of it without reason will make it respectful. Should Evans return to the pitch, football’s credibility will diminish entirely. ched evans football

That isn’t something any sporting hero, club or fan should appreciate under any circumstance.

Evans even has the sheer distaste to publish a book after appealing his case to become enshrined as innocence despite serving his half-time for being a full on convicted rapist.

Scottish Independence: Why a No vote may favour moreso than neglect a notion of political freedom

Scotland’s future. Can it be gambled away on

a whim over disengaged politics?

scot flag

The upcoming Scottish Independence referendum is an interesting piece of research as it is political uprising.

Younger voters are most likely to select Yes in favour of an Independent nation whilst elder voters opt towards a No unity to remain as one with the United Kingdom. In the UK, however, this is the opposite with young and elder voters. Yes means to go it alone independently and leave the UK. No however is to remain as part of a sovereign state with the UK. Both have negative outcomes either way. Whilst the majority of Scotland are being convinced Yes will be leading to a new era of Scottish spoils as the No vote is the same old nothingness, voters are as much confused as frustrated.

So there are two choices. abandon the UK or abandon Scotland.

As ever, FalseFabs will always give a two sided fair response to an argument.

Though this does not suggest an improved, clever or structural unity, pulling Scotland away decreases any influence it hopes to have in any effective debate with any nation of the world. Initiated by nationalist pride and smear slingers Alex Salmond and First Minister Nicola Sturdgeon, the Yes voters fail to acknowledge the problem on the horizon. Whose Scotland will this be, say a Yes vote is returned? No, it wont be the ruggish, thugish and loudly cheering mob mentality of Scots. Understand how it works, because the politicians will put you in place as soon as they get their grip on you. This Scotland belongs to Salmond and his eventual successor Sturdgeon. It will never be ‘your’ Scotland.

Framed with seemingly clever national fever and using the politics of Westminster to scaremonger voters desperately calling for change shant benefit the country as a whole. Over the last four years, the UK has been obliterated by the evil politics of David Cameron. He’ll be voted out in 2015, anyway. Personal policies and PR strategising for a totalitarian England has encouraged Scots to do something about it, because politicians down south can be excused of crimes and immoral acts, including recent fraudulent money grabber Maria Miller. Disengaged politically and nationally, Scotland however have misunderstood what is largely at stake. This is a one time deal. Once Salmond gets his hands on Scotland, he will do a David Cameron and penalise the poor, boost the rich corporations (which were also uncovered as corrupt by journalists including the BBC) and carefully craft Scotland for his own personal ego. Salmond wants the opportunity to put his name to being some kind of leader of Scotland for the history books. With no outlook or rationale for a future, Salmond proposes such idea on an empty whim. Full of empty answers and no definitive answer, Salmond avoids every question put to him for potential rainy days in Indy Scotland. So picture the scene. Tomorrow I feel like putting a swimming pool on an aircraft. Next week I want to give out £5 Scottish notes to everyone for free. Over coming months I shall attempt to build a zoo with at least one rare animal of each species in the world. Dream on. This lunacy makes a laughing stock of Scotland, something it has never been seen as before and has always been highly respected by the UK. Now, with Salmond’s attempt at smears, has turned that opinion around to make out the UK are neglectful. Because Salmond has failed to stand up as a politician IN Westminster and never adopt a policy as a strong MP to rivals opinions, which is his job, he wants to run with his tail between his legs and set up his own offshore account. I can see the autobiography now. Alex Salmond: How to build a country.

alex salmond

As previous Scots have confided in me, who remain anonymous due to abusive backlashes, claim that Scotland is foolish to go independent for a few reasons more than any others. They include that “all Scotland has is Balmoral and that’s The Queen’s home.” Others include being called “Scotchland” with a negative drinking culture and also sufferers of domestic violence.

This has led me to now share a public and private story to explain to defiant or angry Scots who want to simply argue against for invalid reason than listen to a sensible debate on both sides to lead to an informed choice at the ballot box. This is a real story involving a dear best friend. For years this mother was suffering domestic abuse and violence on a regular, mostly daily basis. Her alcoholic husband continued to physically assault her everyday. She was accused of sleeping around, only after her husband’s money and verbally valued as worthless. Her only comfort was going online to chat and play communal games in a community with friends for a few hours. She was also abused for using the computer away from him, based in their kitchen. Using the internet for good, eventually after a few years she finally met someone who valued her. When the time came he managed to help her escape to his home south in the UK. They had a loving relationship classed as soul mates. Sadly, over a few months she suddenly died while on holiday with him. She died of Heart Failure.  The point of this is to also highlight that leaving the UK means there is no chance of escapism, or even finding someone you care for or to live a fulfilled life with should a Yes vote arrive. Where else would you go?

loneliness

Leaving the UK means you cannot have it both ways. If you leave then you are ‘on your own’ effectively. After years of guidance and support as party of the homeland country respected, you cannot assume you can have all the fruits of the labour. Leaving the UK is a snub and with it comes consequences. Financially, economically, politically and social issues are key area’s which will change. This is not being nasty, it is a general way of daily routine. You don’t pay (in theory) for other countries you do not live in. Already planning to charge English students attending Scottish Universities yet free for Scots and migrants, Scotland cannot possibly think that tit wont come without tat.

Whilst political and royal interests may be at large for affecting Scotland’s way forward, the UK as well as FalseFabs like and get along with Scots. This, however is not going to keep keen interests with bullish Yes voters assaulting others for a debatable opinion in a democratic society. Such vigilance also does Scotland a huge disservice in public perception making lines ever more blurred with communities. After feeling many hands were given to Scotland as equal and loved citizens no one can blame some Englanders for suggesting they “can go if they wish to run away”. Who wants a Scotland independently shining as a state with egg throwing aggressors capable of stronger violence on its streets when once regarded as a fairly stable society?

Even should a Yes vote be returned, Scotland will have a negative opinion and offer no clarity when it attempts to intervene in diplomatic or political means. This alone will show up the nation and the world will only use Scotland as a bargaining tool to show off to other countries whilst ripping the country off with high investment returns to foreign investment deals. All the while, there will be no return for Scotland. Unsure or Yes voters not entirely convinced can vote No. What’s the worst that can happen? A Yes decision now isolates Scotland forever. A No vote means for now you can stay united, but eventually a debate can be called once more later down the line for a referendum if required. As we have always learnt from political decisions with clouded information to a vote where hasty choices rushed into never make for a good outcome.

Scotland’s reputation will be seen as childish, petty and unimportant. This will isolate and close many more doors than opening them. Shutting yourself off and running away is never a good option for any country. Once isolated, you are also at risk of many other problems. With political you have no influence and are viewed as a spare when required. In society you shall become even poorer and the politicians will have ‘no choice’ but to raise taxes, costing you even more. In economic terms, and with a projection that in 20 years or less one third of the workforce are to be replaced by robots, means you may have no job and rely on state handouts, even if the welfare state is destroyed, continuing levels of poverty for generations. As a worldly affair, you are inconsistent and not a key player in any aspect. By trying to ‘get a voice’ you will be losing it instead. Does that really suggest the confusing notion of Independence or mild manipulation to an aspired, yet empty illusion for Government power to control? The only way to have a voice and be heard is to be involved in the community as a part of it.

You are free to vote however you like, but many are asking for a rational choice, not a quickly spun jump up and down moment that disrupts a lifetime. We would hope that Scotland remains with the UK. No matter how hard society gets, it is then up to politicians to act on your interests. When they fail it is up to society to take control. However, it should and can never be controlled by public anarchy, as no influence will be attained. Favouring a No vote makes Scotland keep its voice. It’s then up to Scotland to better interact in matters that change society for the better as a communal audience. As we added previously regarding the European Union leaving debate, (https://falsefabs.wordpress.com/2014/04/06/the-eu-deabte-in-or-out/) running away instead of dealing with the problems or concerns at hand IN the hub of the atmosphere offers no weight to your argument and becomes infeasibly weak. To gain a voice you must fight diplomatically as a union than outside. As a nation state, no one is ever listened to when they become an outsider.

Scotland, which in 2013 applied to be a contestant at the Eurovision Song Contest, were rejected because they were a part of the UK. Some say this is another reason and final straw for going it alone. Is it that infeasible to gamble a country away because it couldn’t wait to hear Europe say ‘nul points’ to Lulu, Bonnie Tyler or The Thompson Twins?

No matter how keen to dismantle the state, we cannot simply get out a pneumatic drill and piece apart the Scottish part of the UK border and then drift it out to sea to float on its lonesome. This puts into perspective this entire vote.

It is also interesting to note that while Scottish leaders called for this vote, either a Yes or No doesn’t count as legitimate. In order to hold the referendum, even if they are of Scottish nationality, needs to be passed by all UK politicians in Westminster to allow a referendum which only Scottish citizens can then vote for. This means the vote is not even legitimate and on some level possibly illegal.

Scottish Yes campaigner and politician Jim Murphy was unnecessarily pelted with eggs from hard-boiled Yes voters, unprovoked at a speech. Earlier in the year, Celebrities, Musicians and Authors were verbally abused for having a No opinion on Scotland’s future. Most notable cases included Harry Potter Novelist J.K. Rowling, who is Scottish, hounded by trolls on Twitter over the matter. Sir Alex Ferguson, John Barrowman, Susan Boyle, Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Sean Connery, Mike Myers, Emma Thompson, David Bowie, Andy Murray and Annie Lennox are just some of many names agreeable to upholding a United Kingdom from Scottish citizens than breaking away instead.

Some Key words to summarise the pull-away vote – No, Voice, Infesible, Poor, Outsider, Nationalist, Run Away, Corruption, Robots, Isolated, Eurovision, Diplomacy.

Debate: Is Oscar Pistorius Guilty?

The Trial of Oscar Pistorius.

A sexed up Reality TV drama?

Oscar Pistorius appears at pre trial hearing in Pretoria

After a heavy trial and public display, Oscar Pistorius’ trial has simmered down, for now, with the public eye. There is however one question everyone wishes to know. Is Oscar Pistorius guilty for the murder of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp?

Whilst I am no professional in the field of court judge as many others, (which we also respect) we do see further into a situation than many others cannot see. Everyone wants to see the public details on offer to play public detective in this new guessing game, which also undermines the trial and the judicial system in part to the likening of celebritism. Pistorius is not guilty. Whether you like or hate him for his gun culture, attitude of carelessness and seen to be uncaring nature when articulating himself, the state have problems. They have a deceased body on their hands. That’s a fact. Pistorius killed her. That’s a fact. However, it is insanely immoral to prosecute someone, or anyone, for that matter simply because you need a fall guy. Throwing the book at him because the public are watching and the state of South Africa feels it needs to show the judicial system works by sending someone down is rather convoluted.

Pistorius may have a tough past and horrible gun culture experience, but you cannot go after someone for a public display of fear-mongering, either. He can hope to educate himself better on his use of firearms, like others in society should.

Let’s look a little deeper. While his mind may not work like the rest of us logical thinkers, many faced with intrusion do not have time to be rational. Pistorius, a cripple with artificial legs hears a noise in the middle of the night that wakes him. He’s in bed with no legs. He thinks his girlfriend is next to him. He doesn’t have enough time to get up and shoo a suspected burglar at close proximity away. He has limited time to act, especially for a legless human with impaired movement. He has to get his legs on to move, including fixing them on. It is not rocket science and is a very easy case to attack for a prosecution.

Let’s be clear. We are not the law. We are not supporters of Pistorius. We are not supporters of Reeva either. We tell it how it is because the world cannot seem to understand how it works without a muddled confliction. Though public opinion and media reports often distorted should not be looked upon to make a agreeable decision. This is a serious case. Someone could go down for a murder. It is crucial to obtain the correct result than to get any one for a public on-look. It is very saddening that this happened, and should be a sign to anyone in similar thought positions of burglars to think differently before acting, even if it is limited. Though in certain situations a victim of robbery needs to be allowed self-defence.

The Hollywood glamour of a public trial is debatable for Open Justice as whether it advances or desabilises court proceedings. While Open Justice is fundamental to democracy and needed, is this case sexed up for media thrill more than its intentions over a hunky, Olympic Paralympian record breaker and his hot model girlfriend?

Our condolences are with the Steenkamp family, but trying to get someone to justify her death would actually be a sham. If anything, Pistorius could be found guilty of manslaughter or recklessness etc. As for murder, which we must get the ruling of very clear, it is strongly believed this did not occur. He shot her accidentally with a moment of confusion. A heightened experience awakening from a deep sleep to hear noises among you whilst with limited bodily capabilities multiples the distress in such a short time of realisation.

This itself would also be a perfect time for others to consider their relationships to firearms with a level of justification than a grab and shot persepctive, including the law upholders most recently with police forces. Unthoughtful reaction time and reliance on weaponry as a tool of availability is what can often cause multiple distress. Whilst it wont change tomorrow, putting the weapon away for a least a while will no doubt move forward a move constructive approach to humanity and establish a moral high ground which can be respected.

Should we continue on this path, it will be one step closer to defining a relationship of autonomous values with independent thought that changes postiion in society, which will does not sound appreciative, will give higher power as a state citizen. These decisions will be come respected by all and are likely to build together communities even further rather than separating them entirely. This allows publics to have a say, be respected and communicate in rational conversation which may be referred to as a defining change in national perceptions.
