Grayling: Totalitarian Phantom laws for ‘trolls’ in Utopianist Britain raises systemic Governmental abuse
Corrupt Justice Minister Chris Grayling has struck again at another attempt to abuse the laws of the United Kingdom to con their way into an election victory in May 2015.
Using the opportunity to try and gain votes from mothers and women over fears of online ‘trolls’ Grayling has instantly attempted to create any opportunity to trivialise law making by corrupt lobbyists of Westminster’s dark depraved halls. This is clearly an attempt to trap people into a jail sentence for those who are not these types of trolls and scaremonger and smear law abiding citizens with a strong opinion to trap them into a criminal punishment and stain their name. The ‘trolls’ they are attempting to ‘clean up’ Britain with are not trolls but over heightened abusive people online that lazy, out of touch politicians have scrambled upon a branding thereof. All due to different political beliefs, not with their ‘only us’ ways.
Yes, they need to be dealt with, but rushing and charging in all guns blazing with an empty law and no basis or thought will provide the corrupt UK Conservatives with another crippling blow in the future of the party. Already secretly changing laws in quiet and blaming the internet again and again in an attempt by idealistic Tories to ‘clean up’ Britain will once again damage and isolate the country and likely encourage more abuse than deter it.
Out of touch politicians never learn and think they can abuse the power from their personal choosing making the UK a new age totalitarian state.
Heavy Tory donor Lord Ashcroft, who shamefully funded David Cameron’s 2010 election campaign in secret, even told the Tories months ago to stop being complacent with their own selfish attitudes. Once again the Tories failed to listen to its most biggest and crucial donor let alone reform their attitude. Party politicians and donors have also defected to UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) instead, ruffling the Tory roost.
Politicians forget the public place them into office to represent the people of the country under a democratic process, not create an elitist club of out of touch, millionaire politicians trying to create an utopianist Britain based on shameful old age principals that fail to work in a modern age.
Not even one week old and Grayling jumped on a chance opportunity to attack online audiences and general members of the public over the Judy Finnigan rape row.
Finnigan, a former daytime television host made blind sighted remarks about convicted rapist Ched Evans, who was debated as being allowed to play football again after his release from prison, appraisal. Her daughter Chloe defended her comments. Both were soon given the ‘specialist troll’ treatment with high levels of abuse which we say is fully unacceptable for having an opinion. However, Grayling decided to use this as an excuse to make up a law which is entirely loose and ludicrous systemic abuse of the courts. He plans to amend the Crime Bill that currently exists, but fails to understand it does not exist, even if chaperoning legit law from the past. That clause is not legitimate and therefore irrelevant. Any defence can easily disregard it in the courts. Any judge agreeing based on personal attachment to it needs investigating into corruption of the court.
Finnigan and her daughter were told they would be raped by ‘trolls’ and Grayling decided to use her daughter Chloe to begin drafting a ‘Chloe’s Law’ to prevent trolls online. Chloe’s Law, which is entirely ridiculous, was a thought up, two minute lunacy with no depth or sustainable weight to law enforcement. Grayling went as far as to make outrageous comments that “cyber-mobs” are “poisoning” the UK and can face up to two years in prison instead of the already six month in place law. Clearly a level of personal hate in Grayling’s venomous tongue he adds they are “online terrorism” which is simply sickening for any minister to say. Trivialising such laws are a disgrace yet Grayling and pals fail to accept any attempt to stand back and think of situations or criticisms. It will not create a United Britain and continue to drive them further into going after people instead. Leading by example is fundamental with a level of rationality which is oblivious to the Tory enforcers.
Finnigan’s daughter Chloe Madeley agreed the law needed updating to include Twitter and we agree. Thought it has to be in a controlled and rational drafting, not a personal hate which could also show that Grayling is ‘trolling the trolls’ with personal hate. Double standards do not lessen eh problem, only exemplify it. Madeley added “I will always ignore the disgusting troll tweets I get because I honestly do not want to give them any attention. But the tweet in question took it to another level. There is a line where rationality ends and criminality begins. The person who threatened me crossed the line.”
When a ‘People’s Law’ is created it is often those who have died, been sexually abused to death, suicide or bullying in schools. Some include Aiden’s Law, Sara’s Law and others which are legitimate but often forgotten about by warbling ministers desperate to make up phantom justice on a whim.
Not only would Chloe’s Law be invisible and illegitimate, it holds no prosecutable standards which the ministers know but use their power to assume it will be made into a law. The internet is ungovernable, even if a law is enshirned by an establishment because you reside in a set country. That does not make it legitimate and therefore a defence is legal to challenge and disregard as such. Even enshrined into a law does not make it legitimate and further makes a laughing stock of the entire British Empire for such low thought and personal policy bias.
Grayling and his friends including fraudulent MP, who escaped prosecution Maria Miller, who stole from the state, continue to devise random laws to attack anyone they dislike based on strong views brought on by political wrong doing. They need to back up and think about their abuses. What they are doing is itself illegal and trying to justify it as ‘in power’ proves their systemic abuse. Trying to rush it to ‘get it in quick’ does not help anyone, as well as the fact that there are existing laws that already deal with most of their fantasy drafts.
But they won’t listen. Therefore it is up to the courts to refuse them outright. Corrupt politicians believing they can do what they want and break the rules themselves is entirely disgraceful. In a democratic process and what used to be the greatest United Kingdom on fairness, principals and a liberal democracy, the politicians of the Tory party believe they can break it. Abuse of power when tampering with laws is outrageous and the public are not stupid as you would like them to believe. Should they fail to think long term about processes and stop attacking everything by a governing law, the courts should refuse all government interference.
The majority of laws have been systemically created by politicians who have bent the rules based on their personal opinions with a lobbying QC’s (Queen’s Council) and ministers. This is clear corruption. The government encourage it. David Cameron and his cronies who change the laws must remember, the electorate voted you in and these corrupt choices will continue to vote you out. You are not there by means of creating your own Totalitarian England. You are there to represent the needs of the UK and its residents that want their voices and rules heard, not any attempt to clamp down on people due to rich toffs in the Tory Party’s own distaste. Their attitude to multiple issues from their own assumptions is fundamentally destroying the UK with its citizens. Continuation on this will eventually create a civil war and rioting clashes if they are not careful and the government continue to disrupt the country to blame lower class citizens. In many cases it is to protect the business trading of mega rich companies who are friends of the politicians. Again, these corruptions are to support the needs of the few and not the many. All of which are good pals with the Tories, who need a job when they are voted out of politics for being bad.
The Tory party has been hit with numbers of scandals since 2010 including fraudulent expenses robberies from the taxpayer, in-party marriage affairs and infidelity on wives, the corrupt changing of laws to penalise poor people and online communities and taking away measly portions of helpful benefits to welfare claimants in desperate poverty.
If politicians were as noble as they should be from old age centuries required, they would start dealing with real laws on real criminals and abuses, than create fantasy ones on a ‘clean up’ Britain online. They never think or liaise with proper advisors of how a law is meant to be righteous and honest. Built on lies, people are bound to lie and cheat themselves aren’t they? Whose fault is that? The very ‘role models’ themselves dipping their grubbing fingers in the till getting away with it.
What ministers fail to understand are key concepts. Why the government, who shut people out of society, helps advance abuse from government abuses they get away with. Then there is the fact that clamping laws on people do not stop the abuse. The definition of troll is misunderstood by praying media and out of touch politicians. They should be liaising with people who have valid experience of over ten plus years of online communities (hint hint) as well as creating legitimate laws not tawdry ones that mean absolutely nothing. Abuse will continue to be widespread in offline as well as online communities and it has never been more important to teach kids and grown-ups too how to behave. Why have we lost the need for manners and self-control? Because the government has run around amok abusing the country for their own corrupt purposes which does not represent those who elected you into office. Such complacency is an outrageous disgrace that needs to be addressed and to treat this, politicians should lead the way. Instead they will be out for what they can get. Unless that changes, abuse will continue, because the government create such hardship and abuse. No-one chooses to wake up one day and willingly set out to abuse someone. There is always a reason or an instance, and the government do not want to figure out why it happens, they just want to wrongfully ‘lock you up and throw away the key’ for having an opinion. Some opinions ‘should’ be refined, but others are displaying how distressed people are with society. You can’t have it both ways. Everything is a compromise, but the Tories think they are the ruling Totalitarian elite and own everything they touch. That is the problem here. Even Midas came unstuck. They haven’t even been able to identify what a troll is. A troll is someone who winds you up for fun. The ‘super trolls’ who are calculated abusers and mimicking or hacking accounts are an undefined term which is what we are attempting to address here. If you are grown up and mature, then others will be. It really is that simple. There is no place in society with unfairness and that is a big problem in why cases like these occur. Wake up.
The laws that were changed to refuse legal aid to those who cannot afford representation against a baying state to penalise people based on taste is another fuller disgrace of corruption to a democratic country.
Years ago the Tories wanted to make the phrase and hashtag #ToryScum illegal because of people sharing opinions, non-malicious, about the politicians voted into PUBLIC office, failing the electorate in their hours of need, which means they are legitimately under scrutiny from those who elect them in the first place and they are public figures up for ridicule just as celebrities.
It is often staunch irony considering Tories break the laws and avoid sentencing furthering a lack of faith in the system of the British Empire let alone society. What has it come to when a farce from the Tories is that of trying to jail people for using ‘nasty words’ because of highly strung politicians who need to develop a thicker skin than running to the courts to create laws which are entirely set on abuse themselves?
One instance does not justify all, but the Tories use this as excuse to create such dissent. They are further creating hate and despicable standards as a result of law abuse. When things are unfair, no-one will recognise that as legitimate and therefore others are prone to breaking those rules from antagonisation of the shady and conniving hate fueled politicians. Personal penalisation has been rife and also landed the Tory plans for reform with welfare, forced labour and immigration benefit caps to become illegal. The Tories think they can surpass the law. No-one, including a politician, is above the law.
Others see this as Grayling also protecting the needs of a rapist.
We are now content with locking up people with opinions that are worse terms than paedophiles, murders, rapists, fraudsters, burglaries and the like, which also goes against the law of freedom of expression, which Grayling plans to disrupt as a defence with his leaving of ECHR. That means you have no voice, say or defence against the Tories picking someone at random and choosing to jail them to serve as a Totalitarian message with its very own Gestapo at work. All because people who voted them in finally disagree with the politicians failing to represent the needs and add fairness to the country with its most vulnerable. The Tories own almost all media with its propaganda levels of Tory support in the press, especially. Freedom of expression is also a law and key fundamental principality of democratic process.
Grayling has also allowed colleges to ‘use excessive force’ to ‘disruptive’ inmates. In English, you can ruff them up and be okay from prosecution. Another level of systemic abuse. Inside suicides have increased in jail, quietly hushed up by Grayling and security services. Months prior a young man was ordered to be humiliated by an unnecessary strip search by police and meekly threw his underwear near the jumped up officer, waiting for any excuse to use a taser on the accused. He used it unnecessarily at the drop of a hat and had the gun pointed at the suspect the entire time when fully clothed.
Numbers average at more than six suicides a month. Britian’s crime rates, which the Tories lied publically as decreasing, face tough pressures with prison overcrowding.
Some tweets over Grayling’s attempt at vetting comments online, where ‘comment is free’ added –
- #Grayling appears to have ambitions to jail everyone in Britain. He should start with himself.
- Internet trolls face 2 years in jail under new laws. They might get a longer sentence without a lawyer #grayling
- Prison overpopulation isn’t causing enough hardship, so #Grayling proposes we bung a few internet trolls in to make life really unpleasant
- The scariest bit of the #Grayling proposal is the fact a politician doesn’t realise social media has a block or delete profile option.
Yet there was no mention of the press being allowed to troll though. Why? The great Tory propaganda machine, perhaps? It never disagrees with the Conservatives, that’s for sure. Only The Guardian and the Daily Mirror are devoid of Tory influence. Tories never had many people disagree with them years ago because the thought they could shout them down with hardship and keep them poor. Now the electorate has risen up to be taken seriously and instead they try to supplant it down with abuse of laws. All because they don’t like the fact that people are telling them the truth of their failings and they obliviously think they are the be all and end all. A United Kingdom for them, not for others. Never the party of the people, all in it for themselves. Great Britain has always been ruled by a class system which never allows the UK ability to grow. If you are born poor, you will remain poor. The ‘aspiration nation’ is arife with false impositions. This is why the country will never grow and abuse from within will always continue, at the very precipice of the judicial system itself.
“This is a law to combat cruelty – and marks our determination to take a stand against a baying cyber-mob. We must send out a clear message”.
– Chris Grayling. Justice Minister, UK.
