Inhumane Tories propose to scrap Human Rights Act

Moral justice threatened by corrupt Conservatives

Chris Grayling

Tampering Justice Minister Chris Grayling

Tory minister and Justice Secretary Chris Grayling leads proposals to abolish the Human Rights Act of 1997. In measures to break away from the European Union, Tory supporters want to remove your Human Rights and replace it with a ‘British Bill of Human Rights.’ Totalitarian Tories plans to strip any rights you wish to have, leaving you with none.

The Government, who will retain all power over you, unwilling to hear your claims of defence based on biased Tory principals plan to dictate the rules on their terms alone.

Useless Tories, who have failed to learn their position as OUR MP’s is to build diplomatic relations with other world leaders and politicians in a not always agreeable but favourable context. Their failure to communicate with EU leaders has now led for Tories, who want to abolish human aspects of fairness, run by them in a dictatorship instead, has caused them to issue a policy based on running away. Rather than dealing with leaders overseas and instead using bullish tactics to create tension among those we should be negotiating with diplomatically, has cost Britain any leverage under Tory rule in Europe.

totalitarian3-75

The ‘British Bill of Human Rights’ built on nationalistic totalitarianism, will reward Tories and defame lower class minorities in Britain. The rich party of the Tories, who support bankers receiving 100% bonuses, no tax on the rich and evaders including leader David Cameron’s campaigning friend Gary Barlow, sees the Bill unfairly penalise the poor and working class. In a court of law, the Tories plan to overrule any case that holds the corrupt government officials and their friends in high places, including corporate business, to account, undermining Human Rights and the democratic process that made Britain great among the entire world before 2010.

Totalitarianism background concept

Using scaremongering tactics with a handful of cases alone and not justifiable evidence, the Tories hope to CON the public once again, as they did in 2010. with a failed majority outright. The Tories have also been secretly changing the law over the course of every year since 2010 to impose on people they disagree with, based on rich influences. Not allowing poor people who also cannot afford extortionate lawyers or other helping institutions, segregates them from society. Penalising those who are ripped off or abused by government and its supporting institutions continues to destroy the Great Britain democracy, where holding power to account is also fundamental. Democracy is meant to allow people of all cultures and lifestyle to live harmoniously in one country where not all decisions are agreeable but respected for their personal reasons which do not break laws. The Tories aim to change the law and impose on minority groups and lower working class families when imposing more taxes, quietly on their agenda for post 2015’s General Election.

Whilst being a part of the European Union might not be ideal, and the scare stories by Tories to shock without a balanced side of both details proves corrupt. The European Court of Human Rights, however, makes sure that people of the UK are heard fiercely and righteously with impartial balance. The UK’s version tries to overrule courts with government interference with biased actions to respond a wrongful decision. In recent years, the Tories had attempted to sanction Press Regulation rules to gag mainstream media to avoid their scandals billowing out to the public. These included fraud, thievery of expenses by a Tory majority, Paedophilic sex abuse and in-party affairs with each other over their wives. The Tories continue to be a party attempting to secretly hush up and hash out policies and wrongdoing. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is the only way your voice will be protected and stands up to corrupt and biased ruling elites. The Tories with Grayling stated “If we win outright in May, that will change.”  Opposition party for the poor and working class Labour said the Tory leader David Cameron was “pandering to UKIP.” Over the last fortnight defections to UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) came from former Tory members. Another sex scandal from the Tories was also revealed.

While we need to renegotiate our impositions from the European Union, running away and demanding like spoilt brats is not going to be viewed as a measure for change by Europe. How would you react to someone telling you it must change because you spat your dummy out? Any chance of renegotiation has been ruined by snubs of snobby rich MPs like the Tories who are supposed to be doing right by us, the electorate. As the citizens that vote them into power, they fail to understand they are meant to act in our best interests, not the personal policies of Cameron and Co. that justify the means of the richer few and not the poorer many. The only chance it seems, to negotiate with a credible standpoint to ministers in Strasbourg could well be the Labour Party. Liberal Democratic MP’s also support Human Rights.

The Tory’s hoped to scrap the Act in 2010 as soon as they could. The Lib Dems, in a coalition government, blocked the motion. Since then, Tory scandals have hit headlines every year, almost on a weekly basis.

Phone Hacking scandal finds Andy Coulson guilty

Ex-editor and David Cameron’s Head of Communications found guilty of Phone Hacking. Partner Brooks cleared of all charges.

After years of the fallout from the phone hacking scandal which saw scores of celebrities and members of the general public, including a murdered teen used for information revealed a court verdict yesterday.

It was revealed that David Cameron’s now ex-spin doctor, (Head of Communications) Andy Coulson, who the Prime Minister hired after his time from leaving the newspaper to a government aide was convicted. Coulson was found guilty by jury of a number of charges (listed below) after hacking confidential material of others. They included a murdered schoolgirl by the name of Milly Dowler. By accessing the information, the family were led to believe the deceased girl had used her phone and was still alive, when, in reality, she lay in a shallow grave.

At party together.

The chilling verdict found him guilty of plotting to hack phones and are considering further charges of conspiring to commit misconduct in a public office. He now face jail terms as well. Coulson had a six year long secret affair with the editor of the paper conducting the hacking, now defunct Sunday newspaper News of The World. The sister paper of The Sun was later replaced by the Sun on Sunday.

Tory cabinet ministers and leader of the country David Cameron, who were warned at the time but arrogantly decided against public outroar said they were “extremely sorry” for his employment at Downing Street whilst trying to turn popularity from their neglectful decisions.

Shameful. Having tea with Dowler family in attempts to smooth over grief.

Shameful. PR PM having tea with Dowler family in attempts to smooth over grief.

Speaking in 2011, scandal ridden Conservative party leader Cameron said that if Coulson “”knew about the hacking at the News of the World, he will not only have lied to me, but he will have lied to the police, to a select committee, to the Press Complaints Commission and, of course, perjured himself in a court of law”.

Cameron once left his underage daughter in a pub after inviting the media to take ‘unknown’ pictures for press attention. A car soon returned to pick up the forgotten girl. The Tories are said to be bending the law in favour to gain mother’s votes at general elections.

The jury of eight women and three men decided to clear editor Rebekah Brooks, who many firmly believe was ‘in on it’ with Coulson, including their torrid working affair. Brooks, who rubbed shoulders with David Cameron, The Queen, Rupert Murdoch and others had strong connections and denied any knowledge or wrongdoing over the scandal. Other reporters and colleagues were cleared of the questionable charges.

After press campaigns of a public jury, the decision has now been met with upset. Insiders feel Brooks got away with it because she was a ‘woman’ and had jury sympathy. Her legal team was represented by David Cameron’s brother, who is a barrister. Brooks was said to have collapsed upon hearing the verdict and needed to be helped out of court by officials.

The jury are since considering a verdict on the remaining material until 11 June.

leveson

Since the case was revealed the now sketchy Leveson inquiry was launched to report on press ethics. Lord Justice Leveson laid out numerous suggestions on regulatory practices with media ethics to the press. The press regulation debacle, which drew up a Royal Charter in secret nd failed to display the ‘contract’ to the public domain and simply added it to the records as a doctrine of law was deemed inaccurate by all the press. Since then no press newspaper has willingly supported nor signed to the Charter, despite The Independent’s inclinations towards doing so before selling the paper off.

It is important that the press retain self-regulation, though must reform attitude to press ethic reporting based on attacking with political ideology and ‘free for all’ onslaughts of non-public figures. Adding a little taste to non public figures who make the news should be endorsed.

The press continue to favour self-regulation and press freedom. With the recent Egyptian Journalist jailings for seven years for doing their job and wrongly branded as supporting terrorist organisations for reporting responsible in a democratic society, journalists are needed now more than ever. Any level of regulation is a strain on the industry and its workforce. If politicians do not like what is reported. Mainly to cover up their dirty secrets, most notably the Tories, they should grow a thicker skin.

queen signing

If you do not like the reporting of your misdeeds when it is responsible, then don’t be corrupt. It is fundamental to hold all ruling elites to account with responsible journalism. Since then celebrity gossip and sex scandals of footballers, classed as trash, have been gracing front covers, causing a chilling effect on journalism as a whole. Protecting the government abuses is not what the tool of the press is and any attempt to regulate the law from ministers in future to hide such scandals should be rejected by the court and only allow independent bodies, judges or Head of State to consider changing the rules. Cameron has been changing the laws in secret since 2010 to this point and has restricted press reporting. The evil totalitarian leader plans to further attack Human Rights, online spaces and welfare claimants to protect big business and scandals.

Being this out of touch with Europe, the world and its own country is a shameful disgrace that undermines Parliament, the UK and the judicial system. After Home Office Secretary previously stated “Human Rights must be scrapped” with the European Union support, the UK is becoming a shambolic authorative dictatorship. The courts may have to intervene and stop governments abusing the rules. Perhaps the Tory Queen can do something right by her country for once and protect what was once one of the greatest nation states for Human Rights, ethics and Democracy in an already problematic world.

We’re saying nothing about the heavy rumour from insiders regarding the ‘keys in the fishbowl’ party with the Cam’s George Osborne, Boris Johnson, Brooks, her husband and Coulson, among others. Though many believe it true, amid tense speculation.

Tory woman deports daughter on Mother’s Day

20140330-121805.jpg

Today, Tory MP and Home Office Secretary Theresa May issued a warrant to Yashika Bageerathi,19 to be deported from the United Kingdom. The demands to vacate the country or be “forcibly removed” came into effect on Sunday 30th March 2014.

The Tory MP, which is the common name for a Conservative party politician in the UK, claimed the Mauritian mathematician leave the country. Yashika must leave without her parents who are allowed to remain in the UK. The daughter received a place at Queen Mary’s University to continue her educational work, gaining flying grades in Mathematical qualifications.

The shadow immigration minister urged for a hasty review into the case where Yashika’s deportation comes into effect on Tuesday. On Saturday, over one hundred people held a demonstration in Westminster, at the Home Office, in support of Yashika including friends from her eduction establishments. She fled to the UK seeking refuge after claiming threats of domestic violence in her home country, involving drugs and an attempt at sexual assault. Yashika who added she was “extremely frightened” was held in a detention centre in Yarl’s Wood for 42 days in December and resent again last Wednesday.

She will be treated as a separate case from her family, including brother and sister, as she is a consenting adult at the legal age of 18. One spokesman for the Home Office said “The UK has a proud history of granting asylum to those who need it and we consider every application on its individual merits. We do not routinely comment on individual cases.”

In order for government and the Home Office to consider cases you must lodge a petition. Then you require 100,000 signatures to be considered to be listened to. Majority cases are then said to be thrown out anyway if those in charge dislike the political heat of a campaign or subject matter involved to their personal policies. Yashika’s campaign, launched by her school peers grew from 17,000 on Monday to 130,000 today. May is married with no children.

You can find details and sign the petition at – https://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/the-rt-hon-theresa-may-mp-home-secretary-fightforyashika-stop-this-sixth-form-student-being-deported-alone-she-deserves-a-future.

Campaigners are also using the Twitter hashtags -#SaveYashika and #FightForYashika .

She was due to catch a flight yesterday afternoon but managed to stay after British Airways refused to let her on board.

Yashika claims the people threatening her in her home country know her and she has been receiving calculating death threats. If the airline did not refuse her access, Yashika would have returned by now to a hostile situation.

Britain is usually a helpful nation that claims it does not send anyone back into hostile territory in any circumstance involving abuse of any kind in any sector, not just immigration. Since the Conservative government took office, four years ago, huge numbers have been said to change that ideal.

Earlier last year May implemented the controversial ‘Go Home vans.’ This was an attempt at kerbing immigration in the UK by adding posters on sandwich boards on vans travelling around London. They read ‘Go Home’ informing that migrants must leave the country to persuade them to leave wilfully and decrease immigration numbers. After receiving backlashes of being racist and political fanaticism, the Tory MP added they would not be rolled out through the country, which was scheduled at a later date.

May has also been involved in many bungled scandals in her four years as Home Office Secretary, including the Abu Qatada deportation costing taxpayers millions not to and then deporting him, failing to listen to and support campaigns for female genital mutilation, the David Miranda abuse, deporting a lesbian, Jackie Nanyonjo to Uganda, to be killed, Hilal Al Jedda, Abbas Yazdi, asperger’s and mentally ill hunger strike patients suffering pain and Richard O’Dwyer, a man who launched a TV streaming site online. Over 70% disagreed with May’s actions in the O’Dwyer case.

The Metropolitan police described May as “the only woman in the Conservative Party” to which May and Tories took high offence.

In mid 2013, May said Human Rights “must be scrapped.” In 2010 she held the position of Minister for Women and Equalities. She was reshuffled to Home Office secretary in late 2012. Mother’s Day in the UK falls on Sunday March 30th 2014.

PAPPA THE RAPPER!

justin bieber attack papz

This weeks story in the tabloids could not be avoided. The curious case of Justin Bieber. A sensitive issue with fans if ever there was one. On Monday the teen heartthrob failed to show up for a concert at the O2 Arena leaving paying fans in utter distress. Even young children were in tears as others were dumbstruck for two hours. Various radio and news reports claimed Biebs was having some friend chicken at a restaurant. One father expressed on BBC News “We were fans of Justin Bieber. We loved him, now we hate him!” While passing fickle fans another added elsewhere they were OK with waiting two hours for him and tolerated the delay in favour of their baby. Later on in the week, Bieber collapsed and was rushed to a London hospital, where he allegedly in The Sun, screamed at minders and his music team who got the wrong equipment with his grown up toys. On Friday, the Canadian megastar launched himself at a photographer who took a photo outside his car. Bieber jumped out of the car he just clambered into screaming “I’ll beat the f*** out of you!” One photographer told the pop star to “f*** off back to America” where Canadian Bieber flipped. Perhaps misunderstood or intentional, this sent Justin over the edge, restrained by security. Another pap reminded such action could be classed as assault. Justin apologised after on Twitter to his fans and even sent a racy snap from his hospital bed, smiling, glaring into the camera topless and showing off the hemline of his pants.

Back in the day when a papparazzo is almost floored they used to understand it was a sign to back off and they did so. Nowadays pap’s need to “get that shot” which puts the money on the table and they have no reservations in how to ethically achieve it, instead being aggressive or invasive as a result. Pap’s need to learn to behave themselves instead of taunting others also. As for Bieber there is no excuse for the attack, possibly provoked. The 19 year old may have mis-understood the phrase and assumed his Canadian heritage was being mocked, however was being asked to go back to America of which he has cracked superstardom of. Never call American’s Canadians and vice versa, just like with Australian’s and New Zealand natives. They become extremely aggressive. One question is that of the music industry and suggest they should support the star. Some have argued that Bieber’s mini meltdown is the start of problems to continue. Others claim the “diva’s” partying caught up with him and took effect. Whatever the case, both sides have to learn to remove themselves from causing literal tension with provocation. Reporting on it is fine, but encouraging behaviour on both parts is extremely unprofessional and plain pathetic.

CLEGG CLOWN

HEALTH BOSS POCKETS BONUS DEFENCE FROM TORY LEADER

Cunning Conservative leader David Cameron has blamed opposition party Labour and Heath Secretary Andy Burnham for Sir David Nicholson, the man behind the NHS receiving tons of bonuses for the massive numbers of hospital deaths which occurred under Nicholson’s management. Labour stated Sir David should be “sacked immediately.” David Cameron once again senselessly attacked Labour for the blunder and again protected rich fat cat Nicholson, who claims to have done nothing wrong and takes no responsibility. Labour responded of Cameron trying to “politicise a huge tragedy” for personal gain. All David Cameron can ever do is blame Labour for every mistake the Conservatives are causing in their almost three of five year term in government of which they pledged to rectify problems, which has since seen Cameron obliterate the poor on benefits cutting their minimal money, threatening to remove them from welfare for up to three years and plan a tax decrease for the wealthy, including millionaires and bankers who gain ludicrous 100% bonuses for the coming budget statement due in a couple of weeks.

LEADER OF UK BECOMES SPORADIC JOURNALIST

Dave also wrote an article in the Sunday Telegraph last week and has mentioned Prince William’s 21st birthday security failings. The man who had a background in media before being elected to lead the Conservatives, also agreed with William Hague, Foreign Secretary, that Britain will be deploying minimal levels of armour and vehicles to Syrian rebels after China and Russia deployed military defences to the President’s side. Hague, who didn’t think twice about sending support along with the already cut defence budget in Britain, and as Cameron announced over the Mali intervention in terror wars “for decades to come” of which Cameron sparked for Britain with idealistic, thoughtless deployment, as a moral obligation.

ARMOR AID FOR SYRIA

While a moral obligation is there to help “more than 70,000 have been killed since the uprising of President Bashar al-Assad began in 2011” and as the only country that really supports almost every country in need of aid in some form in Europe, Great Britain cannot keep intervening into other people’s ‘wars’. If so, then the rest of Europe need to band together, but won’t because the world has become segregated into fear to ‘stick to their own’. Remember when the UN and all that war thing happened and nations would bail out one another if some country was under attack? Come on Dave, you remember your privileged Ox-bridge education on history lessons now, don’t you?

TOTAL ECLIPSE OF EU HEART

Bonnie Tyler has been announced as the entry for the 2013 Eurovision entry for the United Kingdom. With David Cameron’s personal idealisation on the EU, will we manage to beat nil points? Perhaps Europe will be gracious to give us enough points to make a point? Maybe we will get the number exact for how many European members Cameron got a no from? Now that, on Europe’s part, would be cleverer than nil points or near the bottom of leader boards. 61 year old Bonnie added “I’m very successful all over Europe. I think that will stand me in good stead.” The final of the contest takes place at Malmo, Sweden in May. Alternatively, you could start giving some points to make it seem less rigged.

BENEFITS BLITZ FOR MIGRANTS OR BRITONS?

Back to benefits in more detail. Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan-Smith claimed the handouts were facing a “crisis” as migrants are flocking to Britain to claim handouts specifically. Is this the excuse for cutting the benefits system from the poor or just an excuse to cut everything for everyone? Regardless of the answer, the poorest in Britain are suffering yet the rich are not paying or contributing anything to society. When the poorest who have no money cannot pay for anything how do you expect to keep things in the country moving? You have to take a sum from the rich, who it won’t affect fully and are contributing to the country to stabilise its future economy. David Cameron earns a whopping £142,500 a year, plus bonuses. (Source: Wikipedia)

Interestingly this information over the last week has miraculously been edited out from Wikipedia.

“The UK Prime Minister receives £142,500 per annum as salary for being Prime Minster. He is also a sitting MP and thus receives and additional salary of £65,737.” (Source:Answers.co.uk)

This is a man who is cutting Human Rights and seeking laws to legally track all your browsing history and details online to snoop your emails and information to collect from internet providers. Legal hacking, anyone?

Cameron also promised Indian’s on a tour of the country a fortnight ago they could come and live in the UK if they graduate and earn a job over £20,000. The UK has scores of unemployment increasing, including students now paying a hefty triple fees price tag set by David Cameron himself, with input from Business Secretary Vince Cable of the Liberal Democrats. Cam also went to poor nation Africa and pledged to send them aid rather than focus on his own struggling citizens he is supposed to be representing living in poor conditions for the UK even though not as poor as Africa, granted, the country at home is your main priority. No?

Guardian shielding elitism?

I also bought Friday’s edition of The Guardian, in store, however, could not find one story of interest, nor one that wasn’t completely full of blocks of text that should be readable and has a high level of “broadsheet” expectancy. As mentioned last week I can handle a broadsheet in contrast to a tabloid, but these are just many problems papers are facing, the Berliner size format allowing for more text and a strongly higher than’high-brow’ editorial is becoming problematic and needs either modifying by editors or inclusion of ‘lower brow’ writers the paper would probably class me into.

Three months ago in a passing comment a journalist who works for the Daily Mail mentioned in a mocking manner “Another debate piece in The Guardian? “How to take these comments will be your choice as with mine above, however, its needs addressing and mine are clearly advice, should you wish to get a heads up. If you want a piece on something as well, I’m available. Thanks.
